May 28, 2024 - Let's Eat!
I introdaction to everyone a Crayfish. Japanese said Zarigani. Finns have a tradition of eating Crayfish. I was surprised when I found it! In Japan, Crayfish have a dirty image. Also I have the image that crayfish live in dirty rivers. On the other hand, Finns doing a Crayfish festival. Maybe Japanese people cannot understand. The Crayfish was cooked boiled in salt water and put on spices. Then eat it when it cool down. That is amazing! It is hard for me to eat this but if there is an opportunity I want try to eat!
I have eaten them and its very good! But I do not think you can find a place to eat them in Japan....
