October 22, 2024-Halloween is Coming!

I don't like Halloween. When I was little, I enjoyed that event by getting candy. However, Shibuya always gets noisy on Halloween. Look at this site. Shibuya Ward has created rules as a Halloween measure. For example, selling alcohol and drinking alcohol is prohibited. I don't know why people from all over the world come to Halloween but I hope a lot of people will follow the rules.
