October 8, 2024 - Getting Sick!!

 Suddenly it's getting colder so I am going to be sick! However I have not cold since I was in third year of junior high school student. One thing I take care of to avoid catching a cold is to wash my hands. Look at this site. This site said that it is important to wash my hands prevent cold and flu. However I was not washing my hands the right way. Next time I will use soap and wash my hands carefully to avoid catching cold.
